EMMANUEL POPOOLA is a quantity surveyor and construction manager with over 10 years of experience in planning and execution of commercial and residential developments, real estate development and consultancy services, pre and post-contract services of quantity surveying, project management, and facility management. He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, A registered Quantity Surveyor, and a member of Quantity Surveyor International. He holds a Master’s Degree in construction management. He is visionary and has exemplary leadership, steering Rockland projects in their course for excellent delivery in the industry.
EMMANUEL POPOOLA
Olaitan is highly experienced in risk analysis and management. She is an administrator per excellence whose managerial prowess helps with the efficient administration of the company. She holds a degree in Insurance and her contribution is seen in the company’s governance structures and mechanisms as well as corporate conduct within the organization's regulatory environment.
POPOOLA OLAITAN MARY
Lawani is a builder with complete knowledge of building works production. He has over 7 years of experience working on producing buildings and maintaining their utility.

Abiola is a trained communicator and people strategist. She sees to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. She holds a degree in mass communication.
AFUAPE ABIOLA
Kemi is a trained financial expert. Her competence in financial budgeting and reporting helps mitigate financial risks of the company’s business, Tax-related issues, and remittances. She holds a degree in accounting.
ADETUNJI KEMI
Engineer Tella is a well seasoned civil and structural engineer with over 12 years experience in projects design, supervision and construction management. He is a COREN certified practitioner with excellent report prowess, projects quality and risk management competence. He possesses Masters degree in construction management and he specializes in risk management.
